Big Yellow Hand Records: News
The Patience Are Here!
Yes, you heard right... this exceptional band is currently shopping for a label significantly larger than mine to help get their career on the right path. Hailing from Sycamore, Illinois, a small town just outside the college town of DeKalb, this all-girl three-piece band is poised for big success. Eighteen-year-old Taylor Ochoa, guitar and vocals, eighteen-year-old Angel Pfrommer (yes, she is my daughter), vocals and percussion, and fifteen-year-old drummer Logan Ochoa have been playing gigs at The House in DeKalb where they have intimdated headliners with their sheer talent, songwriting gifts and angelic harmonies and mesmerizing stage presence. The music is written by all three girls and the lyrics come from Taylor and Angel. Hey, I do not get excted over many new bands, but this one has something special... dig in and have a few listens. If you are a record label, check out
The Patience here! Let's get these local rock stars on the map, I believe in them!
